Your contact details, birth information and readings are never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. They are only shared with the technical providers the service needs, described below, and only as far as necessary.

• Your birth details (date, time, place) and, for Duo Synergy, those of the second person, which you enter with their agreement.
• The geographic coordinates and the time zone matching that place.
• A first name or a reading alias, if you choose to give one.
• Your verified email address, the reading chosen, its languages, your consents and the order and payment references sent by Stripe.
• Minimal technical data linked to the connection and to the security of the service (IP address, server logs).

Your birth details and the reading chosen are processed to perform the contract: computing your cartography, writing your reading, delivering it and giving you access to it. Proof of the order and of your consents is kept to meet our legal obligations and to defend our rights. Technical logs fall under our legitimate interest in securing the service.

Personalised content processing providers receive the information needed to supply your reading and its translations. They do not receive your email address, payment details or order identifiers.

These processing activities may involve transfers to the United States, outside the European Economic Area. They are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy decision. You can request a copy of the safeguards from the contact listed in this policy.

Payment is operated by Stripe (Stripe Managed Payments), merchant of record for the transaction through Link: Stripe processes your email address and payment details as a separate controller, under its own privacy policy.

Without your consent to audience measurement, no third-party content is loaded in the site's pages: fonts, images and map tiles are served by Astro Destiny One.

The service and its data are hosted by Google Cloud (Firebase) in Europe: the application in the Netherlands, the database in the Europe multi-region, delivered documents in the Netherlands. Verification and delivery emails are sent by Hostinger's mail server, which receives only your address and the message.

If you ask for the opening email, we keep your address, the page language, the reading you are interested in if you indicate it, and the date and exact wording of your consent. Single purpose: to write to you once, at the official opening of sales. No newsletter, no transfer, no reservation.

Retention: until the opening email is sent, and no longer than twelve months after you sign up — erasure is then automatic. You can withdraw your consent at any time: the link in the email erases your address immediately; you can also request erasure by post from the data controller.

When ordering, an optional box, unticked by default, lets you agree to receive occasional news from Visionary Édition and Astro Destiny One. Without it, you only receive messages about your order. Every message lets you unsubscribe in one click, and a simple request is enough to withdraw your agreement.

No advertising tracker is used. Only with your consent, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) measures visits and the steps of the purchase journey; legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page. Each reading is served only to its holder, after their address is verified by a single-use code. Delivered documents are sealed and their integrity is checked at every opening; private pages and reports are neither public nor indexed.

Order, proof of consent and the related birth details: five years from the order, the limitation period for claims under the contract. Delivered reading: available online during the three-month interactive period, then archived with restricted access alongside the order for the same period. At the end of these five years, the publisher deletes this data; this deletion is not automated. Verification codes: valid for ten minutes, automatically erased the following day. Access requests and anti-abuse counters, pseudonymised: automatically erased after thirty days. Launch pre-registration: twelve months at most, then automatic erasure. Technical logs: thirty days. You may request earlier deletion; only the data needed to prove the sale is then kept, with restricted access.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and may withdraw any consent given at any time. To exercise these rights, write to the address shown above: you will receive an answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
