Payment for readings is operated by Stripe Managed Payments, merchant of record for the transaction through Link, a Stripe service. Visionary Édition remains responsible for the reading supplied and for customer service.

After a written complaint to customer service that has not been resolved, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator within one year:

The Astro Destiny One brand and name, logo, calculation engine, interfaces, maps and graphic representations, texts, visuals and the readings produced are works protected by the French Intellectual Property Code (notably articles L111-1 and L112-1). Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited and constitutes infringement (articles L122-4 and L335-2 et seq.).

The calculation engine and its databases are also protected by the database producer's rights (articles L341-1 et seq.). Your reading is meant for you personally: you may keep it, print it and reread it freely; reselling it, distributing it publicly or exploiting it commercially is not permitted.
