Astro Destiny One is a service published by Visionary Édition EI, entreprise individuelle, SIREN 893 581 793, 229 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France. The name of the sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), who is the publication director, appears in the legal notice.

Visionary Édition EI is under the French VAT franchise scheme (franchise en base): TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI (art. L. 223 et s. du CIBS à compter du 1er janvier 2027). This statement applies to documents issued by Visionary Édition EI; the receipt and invoice for your purchase are issued by the Stripe group company that sells the reading (clause 7).

The service is hosted by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (Google Cloud / Firebase App Hosting).

Customer service answers by email, at the contact address published in the legal notice and repeated in every email about your order.

Astro Destiny One offers personalised astrological readings based on the birth information provided when ordering.

Each contract covers one reading, bought in a single payment. It is neither a subscription nor an open-ended service.

Four readings are offered. Their detailed content is presented before payment, at the step where you choose your reading:

• Resonance Cartography — your portrait, your places of resonance around the world, your strengths, what restores you and your next 31 days.
• Duo Synergy — the relationship between you and a second person: your two birth charts, your portrait and a summary portrait of the other person, what brings you together, the areas of the bond, the geography of your two profiles and your next 31 days together. It does not include a full individual reading of the second person.
• Signature Cosmography — an in-depth portrait: your strengths, your areas of life, your affinities, the way you act and recover, the path travelled since your birth, your places and your next 31 days.
• Quantum Reading — all of Signature, enriched with the perspective of traditional astrology, your next twelve months and the major cycles ahead.

Each reading is written in French: this is its original version, always included. At no extra cost you may add one complete translation with Resonance Cartography, or two with Duo Synergy, Signature Cosmography or Quantum Reading, among the nineteen languages offered. This choice is confirmed before payment.

Each translation is made directly from the original French version, which is the editorial reference.

Your reading is delivered as a personal digital copy in PDF format, one per language, sent to the email address you have verified. This copy is the product you buy: it belongs to you, remains readable independently of our servers, and it is up to you to keep it.

In addition to the copy delivered, Visionary Édition EI makes your reading available online, together with the associated Astro Destiny One interactive experience, for three calendar months from delivery, at no extra cost. The exact end date and time of this period are given to you on delivery.

This availability is temporary and complementary: keeping the delivered copy does not depend on it. At the end of the period, the reading and its interactive experience may no longer be accessible online.

During this period, you can find your reading from the “Find my reading” page, using a code sent to the address verified when you ordered.

An order follows these steps: entry and confirmation of your birth details, choice of the reading and its languages, verification of your email address by a code, acceptance of these terms and request for immediate performance, then payment on the secure page of our payment provider.

Before paying, you can check the summary of your order and correct your details. The order becomes final when payment is confirmed.

The price of each reading is shown including all taxes before you confirm the order. Reference prices are expressed in euros; when the payment page offers your local currency, the applicable amount and currency are shown before payment. The amount you see before confirming is the amount you are charged.

Payment is operated by Stripe Managed Payments, the merchant of record (Merchant of Record) solution of the Stripe group. On the payment page, the receipt and your bank statement, the transaction appears as sold through Link, a Stripe service: the Stripe group company named on the payment page collects the price, calculates and remits the taxes applicable in your country, issues the receipt and the invoice, handles payment disputes and makes refunds. Its own terms, presented on the payment page, govern the payment transaction.

Visionary Édition EI remains responsible to you for the reading supplied — its description, its delivery, its conformity — and for the related customer service. Visionary Édition EI neither receives nor stores your full card number or its security code.

Your reading is computed from the date, time and place of birth you enter. A confirmation step is shown to you before payment: check these details carefully. A difference of a few minutes can change some angles; use the time on your birth certificate or the most reliable source available to you.

Astro Destiny One computes from the details entered and cannot check their accuracy for you. A reading that does not match your situation because of inaccurate information you entered and confirmed does not, in itself, constitute a defect of the service.

For Duo Synergy, you declare that you have the second person's agreement to use their birth details.

This clause does not restrict any of the statutory guarantees recalled in article 10.

Your reading is digital content supplied without a tangible medium. Its generation starts as soon as your payment is confirmed.

Before payment, you are asked, through a separate box that is not ticked by default, to expressly request that performance begin immediately, before the fourteen-day withdrawal period expires, and to acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance is complete. Without this consent, no order is passed on to payment; if you wish to keep your right of withdrawal, write to customer service before ordering.

In accordance with article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once the reading has been generated and delivered under these conditions.

Confirmation of this consent is sent to you on a durable medium with the delivery of your reading.

Waiving the right of withdrawal does not mean waiving conformity. You benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity of digital content and services (articles L. 224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): the reading delivered must match the reading bought as described, and be accessible and readable under the stated conditions. In the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity or, failing that, to a price reduction or to termination of the contract.

These statutory guarantees apply independently of these terms and cannot be excluded. Mere disagreement with the interpretation offered does not, in itself, constitute a lack of conformity; conformity is assessed against the statutory criteria.

In addition to the statutory rights, Visionary Édition EI has an order refunded in full when the reading could not be delivered, when the reading delivered is not the one bought, or when the paid reading remains inaccessible through our fault and is not restored within a reasonable time after you report it.

The refund is made by Stripe, to the means of payment used and at no cost to you. Requests go to customer service, which has them carried out; Link support may also be contacted about the transaction itself.

Delivery is made to the email address verified before payment, as soon as the reading is ready. If sending fails for a technical reason, your reading is not lost: the same copy is sent again, with no new generation and at no extra cost.

A temporary unavailability of the service for maintenance or security does not deprive you of your access, which is restored when the interruption ends.

Every complaint sent to customer service receives an answer. If no amicable solution is found, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator (articles L. 612-1 and L. 616-1 of the French Consumer Code).

An Astro Destiny One reading is a personalised astrological interpretation: it rests on exact astronomical calculations and offers a symbolic reading of them, to help you understand yourself better and inform your choices. It is not a prediction of events and guarantees no result.

It does not replace the advice of a professional in health, law, finance, psychology or any other regulated field. You alone decide on your choices and on the use you make of your reading.

The data you provide is used to compute, write and deliver your reading, then to give you access to it during the interactive period. Some of it is then kept, with restricted access, for as long as needed to prove the sale and delivery and to meet legal obligations.

Purposes, recipients, retention periods and your rights are detailed in the privacy policy.

The calculation engine, interfaces, graphic creations, maps, texts and readings of Astro Destiny One are protected by intellectual property law.

Your reading is intended for you personally: you may keep it, print it and consult it freely. Its resale, public distribution or commercial exploitation are not authorised.

These terms are governed by French law. If you reside in another Member State of the European Union, you keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.

Every order keeps the version of the terms that was presented to it, together with its fingerprint. A later change to this document therefore does not modify the terms of an order already placed.
