Cookies and local storage

The language cookie keeps your choice for one year. These items are exempt from consent and are used neither for audience measurement nor for advertising. No advertising tracker is built in and, without your consent to audience measurement, no third-party content is loaded in the pages: fonts, images and map tiles are served by Astro Destiny One.

• Interface light — your Day, Night or Auto choice, so you find the same atmosphere on your next visit.
• Ambient music — whether sound is on or off.
• Reading appearance and style — your choice of Ivory, Dusk or Cosmic Night and your reading style, in the reader of your personal space.

This information stays on your device, is not sent to us and serves no advertising tracking. Clearing the site data in your browser removes it.

• The result of your computation — kept for the lifetime of the tab, so your chart is not recomputed on every screen.
• Your reading in progress — kept for the lifetime of the tab, so you find it again as you move through the interface.
• Signing in to your space — after your address is verified by a code, your session is kept by the authentication service (Firebase Authentication) in your browser's storage, until you sign out.
• Opening your reading — a single-use token passes your request to the reader's new tab; it is erased as soon as the reading opens.

These items are strictly necessary for the service you request: they are exempt from consent under the guidelines of the French data protection authority (CNIL).

If you accept it, Google Analytics, a service of Google Ireland Limited, measures page visits and the steps of the purchase journey statistically (offers viewed, offer chosen, payment started, purchase confirmed), in order to improve the service. Without your consent, this service is not loaded and no measurement cookie is set. Google Signals and all advertising features are disabled.

Cookies set after acceptance: _ga and _ga_<identifier>, with a lifetime of thirteen months at most. Measurement data is kept for two months by Google Analytics. Your choice, accepted or refused, is kept for six months in your browser, then asked again.

Never transmitted: your email address, your birth details, the content of your readings, your order or payment references, or page address parameters. As Google may process this data in the United States, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses.

The payment page is hosted by Stripe on its own domain, which applies its own cookie policy. The owner's console uses secure session cookies reserved for administering the service.
